מה זה
קבצים סטטיים תחת /api/v1/. אין שאילתות ואין סינון בצד השרת: מורידים את הקובץ ומסננים אצלכם. הגרסה כרגע 1.0.0, והיא חלק מהכתובת. ה-slug של מקום, למשל tel-aviv-yafo, הוא גם הכתובת של העמוד באתר: /place/tel-aviv-yafo/.

ארנונה (arnona)
- השדה arnona ברשומה המלאה, ובקובץ places.json השדות arnona_min, arnona_max, arnona_100m2_year ו-arnona_status. התעריפים הם בשקלים למ״ר בשנה, לפי הצו העדכני שנאסף: year הוא שנת הצו (2026 לרוב; 2027 לצו שנכנס לתוקף ב-1 בינואר 2027; 2025 כשצו 2026 לא נמצא באתר הרשות), ובקובץ places.json השדה arnona_year. arnona_100m2_year הוא סכום שנתי בשקלים לדירה של 100 מ״ר בתעריף האזור העיקרי בצו, ו-null כשהצו לא מגדיר אזור עיקרי.
- כיסוי: נאסף כרגע ל-80 הרשויות הגדולות שאינן מועצות אזוריות, ולא לכולן נמצא נתון. null אומר שאין נתון, לא שהארנונה אפס. שכונה ואזור סטטיסטי נושאים את נתוני היישוב שלהם, ובשדה level כתוב locality.
- status הוא approved או pending. ב-pending הצו שפורסם הוא בקשה או טיוטה, והתעריף הסופי עשוי להיות שונה.
- המקור הוא צו הארנונה של הרשות עצמה באתר שלה. source_url מפנה לצו, ו-source_page למקום בו.
רכבת והשכלה גבוהה (rail, higher_ed)
- rail הוא {km, name, mode, feed_date, source}: המרחק בקו אווירי בקילומטרים מנקודת התצוגה של המקום לתחנת הרכבת או הרכבת הקלה הקרובה, שם התחנה, mode שהוא train (רכבת ישראל) או light_rail (הרכבת הקלה בירושלים והקו האדום בתל אביב), ותאריך קובץ ה-GTFS של משרד התחבורה שממנו נלקחה.
- higher_ed הוא {km, name, type, campus, source}: המרחק בקו אווירי לקמפוס הקרוב של מוסד מוכר על ידי המועצה להשכלה גבוהה, שם המוסד, הסוג (university, academic_college או education_college) והקמפוס. מיקום הקמפוס נקבע בידי האתר, לפי OpenStreetMap או נקודת כתובת.
- כיסוי: לכל מקום עם נקודת תצוגה. null אומר שאין נקודה כזאת, לא שהמרחק אפס. שכונה ואזור נמדדים מנקודת התצוגה שלהם, לא של היישוב.
שכירות (rent)
- rent הוא {by_rooms, period, source, source_url, level}. by_rooms ממפה כל אחת מקבוצות החדרים 1-2, 2.5-3, 3.5-4 ו-4.5+, ואת all (כל גדלי הדירות), ל-{avg_nis, period}: שכר דירה חודשי ממוצע בשקלים. avg_nis הוא null היכן שהלמ"ס מציגה מקף. period הוא הרבעון, למשל 2026-Q2.
- כיסוי: הלמ"ס מפרסמת שכירות רק ל-18 הערים הגדולות (מעל 100 אלף תושבים), ולכן rent הוא null בכל יישוב אחר. שכונה ואזור סטטיסטי נושאים את הנתון של היישוב שלהם, ואין להם נתון רשמי משלהם; בשדה level כתוב locality.
- הנתון הוא ממוצע של חוזי שכירות בתוקף, כולל חוזים ישנים, ולא מחיר מודעות, ולכן הוא נמוך בדרך כלל ממה ששוכר חדש משלם. המקור: הלמ"ס, ירחון לסטטיסטיקה של מחירים, לוח 4.9; source_url מפנה לקובץ.
יחידות ו-null
- null אומר שהנתון לא ידוע או לא פורסם. הוא אף פעם לא אפס.
- שיעורים וחלקים, כמו חלק המפלגה המובילה, הם שבר בין 0 ל-1 ולא אחוזים. שדות שמסומנים ״percent״ הם אחוזים.
- קואורדינטות הן מעלות WGS84. אוכלוסייה היא מספר תושבים, ולצדה תאריך. לשכונה ולאזור סטטיסטי היא אומדן סוף 2024, ו-null כשאין כזה.
- אשכול חברתי-כלכלי הוא מספר בין 1 (הנמוך ביותר) ל-10, לפי הלמ״ס.
- null means unknown or not published, never zero.
- Slugs never change once published; a removed place keeps its slug reserved (mappings/slugs.csv).
- Areas are CBS 2011 statistical areas; neighborhoods are groups of areas named from GovMap (name_source govmap), else from OpenStreetMap, or 'near <street>' when approximate.
- Election results of areas and neighborhoods for Knesset 22-24 rest on the assumption that the polling-place numbering did not change between elections (the polling places' locations come from the Knesset 26 list, checked against the Knesset 25 list); they are in the records but are not shown on the website.
- GovMap neighborhood names: Survey of Israel layer for information only, used for names only; the boundaries stay unions of CBS areas.
עדכונים
הקבצים נבנים מחדש יחד עם נתוני האתר, בלי לוח זמנים קבוע. הבנייה האחרונה: 2026-09-30T22:14:00Z, והתאריך הזה מופיע גם ב-meta.json. כל נתון נושא את השנה או התאריך שלו בתוך הרשומה. שדות יכולים להתווסף בלי הודעה; ה-slug של מקום אינו משתנה, ומקום שהוסר שומר את ה-slug שלו כשמור.
רישיון ושימוש
- נתונים שמקורם ב-OpenStreetMap (שמות שכונות וגבולותיהן, שמות רחובות, הקו הירוק) הם ברישיון ODbL 1.0 (נפתח בחלון חדש), עם שיתוף זהה (share-alike). מי שמפרסם מאגר שנבנה מהם חייב לציין © OpenStreetMap contributors ולהציע את המאגר ברישיון זהה. רשומה ששדה osm_attribution בה אינו null מכילה נתונים כאלה.
- שמות שכונות: המרכז למיפוי ישראל (GovMap), דרך גרסאות לעם. שכבת GovMap מיועדת למידע בלבד, ואינה ברישיון פתוח. רק השמות נלקחו ממנה (בשדות name_source, name_attribution ו-also_includes), והגבולות הם של האזורים הסטטיסטיים של הלמ"ס.
- נתונים ממשלתיים מפורסמים כאן כמצרפים שנגזרו מהם, לא כקבצי המקור, ותמיד עם ציון המקור. לפני הפצה של קבצי המקור עצמם בדקו את התנאים של כל גוף.
- אם אתם משתמשים בנתונים, ציינו את המקורות שברשימה למטה, ואת האתר.
ללא אחריות. הנתונים ניתנים כמות שהם. המספרים הם מצרפים של נתונים רשמיים, עם המגבלות שמצוינות בכל קבוצה, בשדות note ו-source. אל תסתמכו עליהם להחלטה משפטית או כספית.

Open API (English)
Every locality, neighborhood and statistical area on the site is available as static JSON under /api/v1/: 1232 localities, 1145 neighborhoods and 2756 statistical areas. No key, no sign-up, no query language: download a file and filter it yourself. The version (1.0.0) is part of the path.

- Slugs are stable. A neighborhood or area is <locality-slug>/<unit> and its file sits in the locality's folder. The same slug is the page address: /place/<slug>/.
- null means unknown or not published, never zero. Shares are fractions between 0 and 1. The field tables above are generated from meta.json.
- Files are rebuilt with the site data, on no fixed schedule; generated_at in meta.json says when. Last build: 2026-09-30T22:14:00Z.
- Licence: data derived from OpenStreetMap is under the Open Database Licence (ODbL) 1.0 and is share-alike; credit © OpenStreetMap contributors. Government data is published as derived aggregates with credit to the source bodies listed in attributions (the CBS, the Survey of Israel (GovMap), the Central Elections Committee, the Tax Authority, the Ministry of Education, Israel Police, data.gov.il and Over HaAm, with thanks to Guy Zomer). Neighborhood names from GovMap are credited as שמות שכונות: המרכז למיפוי ישראל (GovMap), דרך גרסאות לעם; that layer is for information only, only its names are used, and the boundaries come from CBS statistical areas.
- Transport, campuses and rent: rail and higher_ed are straight-line distances to the nearest rail or light-rail station (Ministry of Transport GTFS feed) and the nearest campus of an institution recognised by the Council for Higher Education. rent is the CBS average monthly rent of contracts in force by rooms group (Price Statistics Monthly, Table 4.9); the CBS publishes it for the 18 large cities only, so it is null elsewhere, and a neighborhood or area carries its city's figure.
- No warranty. The data is provided as is, with the limits stated in each group's note and source.
